The environment of gaining knowledge is one of SBS’ strongest attributes. Since the company is relatively young in a fast developing economy, there is a lot of emphasis on producing one's best possible work while fostering a community of collaboration. SBS has always encouraged an open ended relationship amongst its colleagues, by way of a free flow of communication among all levels of employees. This being the case it's hard not to learn something new every day.
Luckily, my current role at SBS, working for a world-class organization in the developing world, perfectly combines my diverse professional interests. I am generously afforded the ability to gain strategic insight into the corporate world, simultaneously experiencing the day to day operational insights coupled with Customer Interactions.
A recent example of fruitful collaboration took place in a brainstorming session. In this meeting to discuss quotations for tenders to support SBS' latest customer account, I made a proposal for the approximate pricing that should be chargeable to the client. As my pitch was valued by the senior management, I have now spearheaded its implementation as a part and parcel of the customer account. This type of creative collaboration is highly motivating, and one of the main reasons, I like working for SBS. My colleagues make me feel extremely comfortable and are an extended family to me.
To me, Synergy Business Solutions is a collaboration of the MNC culture and the benefits that a mid- sized organization can offer to the people – EMPLOYEES & CLIENTS. This brings in a perfect blend and gives me a sense of pride to deal with a range of international businesses and professionals.

Overall SBS provides a friendly environment to work and I am very happy because each and every effort what I put will be recognized by my manager that gives job satisfaction and also motivation to work.
I enjoy my work, and interact with all the team members I share my problems with team mates and take their suggestions.
Management is also so friendly and appreciates the good work. Interaction with Management & Team mates is direct whenever necessary.
